As promised, here is my recipe for this quick and easy Italian pasta dish. It's so versatile. You can add any vegetables to this you want. I use what's in the refrigerator. It can be anything from broccoli to artichokes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, asparagus, green beans...you name it, it will be good in this. My favorite part about this dish is that it is so quick and easy and only dirties up one pan. (I don't count the pasta pot because it's so easy to clean). This is a great recipe for when you are in a rush and need to clean out the veggie drawer so use what you have and follow this general recipe.
If you haven't subscribed to this channel, what is stopping you? I have so many fun live streams planned. Tomorrow at 9:30am ET (Friday Jan 20th) we are making at least six meals (maybe 12 if you have a smaller household) to put in the freezer to dump in a crockpot, instant pot, or heat up on the stove, or in the oven with no prep time. It will save you oodles of time! Subscribe now so you don't miss it! SQUATS is the promo code to get two months FREE when you sign up for a year.
Ok, enough waiting, let's get to the recipe. (I hate those blogs that write 1000 words before you get to what you came for!)
