Baked ziti casserole
350 degrees F for 1 hour covered. Remove cover and bake for 10 minutes until cheese browns on top and serve. Frozen garlic bread is a good addition or a side salad (or both)
Angel Chicken:
CROCKPOT: If frozen, cook on low 5-6 hours or high 3-4. If thawed, less time (chicken should shred easily with a fork.
INSTANT POT: Frozen 60 minutes slow release. Thawed 30 minutes quick release (Full disclosure I've never done it this way. I only use the slow cooker...so I can't guarantee this will work and you probably have to add chicken broth or water so it doesn't burn. I'm guessing. I would recommend you use the crockpot.)
Shred chicken and stir and serve over angel hair pasta (or pasta of your choice)
BBQ CHICKEN
(If you made this one. I made it because I had leftover chicken and didn't want to waste it.)
CROCKPOT: Frozen 5-6 hours on low, or 3-4 on high. Thawed (probably 3 hours on high, but check chicken. It should shred easily.) Serve on buns with pickles and coleslaw
INSTANT POT: Frozen 60 minutes slow release. Thawed 30 minutes quick release (same disclosure...no idea. I'm guessing and you probably have to add water. I really don't know. LOL again I recommend the crockpot)
POPO'S FAVORITE MEATBALLS
CROCKPOT: it just needs to heat up so I'm guessing 2 hours would be fine on high
STOVETOP: Put in pot and turn heat on low and cover until hot
INSTANT POT: I'm not sure. I've never done it. Google says to sautee frozen sauce for 3 minutes then pressure cook for 5 minutes. But with the meatballs in there I'd probably try 10
KUNG PAO CHICKEN
Stove top: just heat through and serve over rice and top with salted peanuts (crush them in a bag first)
CHICKEN BURRITO BOWLS:
Stove top: Heat chicken and vegetables on low-medium heat and cook rice in instant pot (I make Mexican rice with this using Sofrito that I pour into the rice and chicken broth to cook in IP for 10 mins pressure cook)
TACOS
Stovetop: heat and serve on tortillas with all the fixings!
